Comment: A nearly intact specimen designated as the lectotype of this species.
Locality: Oamaru, New Zealand, The Natural History Museum slide BM 46594 (from the original Grove & Sturt study), material presumably from Cormack's Siding (Eocene-Oligocene Transition).
