Comment: Well-preserved, remarkably long valve seen in girdle view, bearing characteristic paired wings on the central 'chamber'.
Locality: Deep Sea Drilling Project Hole 386 (Bermuda Rise, western North Atlantic), sample: 43-386-15R-3, 62-63 cm (middle Eocene).
