Comment: Small, narrow, densely perforated valve with an indistinct circular elevation in the center of the valve face.
Locality: Deep Sea Drilling Project Hole 386 (Bermuda Rise, western North Atlantic), sample: 43-386-15R-3, 62-63 cm (middle Eocene).
