Comment: An unusually long and slender valve. The lower pole is broken off, and the tip of the upper pole is missing. Also the linking structure (periplekton) is only partly preserved.
Locality: Ocean Drilling Program Hole 1050A (Blake Nose, western North Atlantic), sample: 171B-1050A-8H-1, 100-101 cm (middle Eocene).
