Comment: A large valve, with parts of the expanded central segment missing. Note the row of prominent spines along the margin, and the small linking structure (periplekton) in the center.
Locality: Ocean Drilling Program Hole 1050A (Blake Nose, western North Atlantic), sample: 171B-1050A-3H-6, 100-101 cm (middle Eocene).
