Comment: A medium-sized, well-preserved valve of an extremely rare species known only from the Bermuda Rise region.
Locality: Deep Sea Drilling Project Hole 6 (Bermuda Rise, western North Atlantic), sample: 1-6-4R-1, 57-63 cm (middle Eocene).
