Comment: A well-preserved valve of the unusually long-lived species. Note the four marginal ocelli and the well-visible valve face undulations.

Locality: Deep Sea Drilling Project Hole 402A (Bay of Biscay, northeast Atlantic). Sample: 48-402A-4R-2, 70-71 cm.
