Trinacria simulacrum Grove & Sturt (1887)
Comment: Although formally proposed as a species of Trinacria, it has no features typically found in that genus, and so it should be transferred elsewhere.

Deep Sea Drilling Project Hole 512 (Maurice Ewing Bank, south Atlantic), sample: 71-512-15-3, 17-18 cm (middle Eocene).
